Lesson Plan

I found a lot of resources to help me with D5/CAFE activities.  I have created blog pages with those activities and URL's for them.  However, I couldn't really find a lesson plan/template that helped me.  Here is the beginning of my lesson plan that I will expand on.  Once I get the bones in place, then I'll be able to substitute different web activities.  I'm thinking about adding www.spellingcity.com as a word work activity, however, I want this to be rotating and revolving also.  I do have the word lists ready for Words Their Way also.
